The Muses Meet-Up is a guided, in-person experience designed to help you clear the mental noise, drop back into alignment, and leave with more clarity, lightness, and momentum.

For the woman who’s: driven, juggling a lot, and constantly in motion — but knows she needs space to slow down and check in. Not to add more to her plate, but to reconnect to herself, reset her energy, and realign with what actually matters.

Through honest reflection, breathwork, and intentional community, you’ll create the space to hear yourself again — and be supported by a room full of like-minded, high-achieving women doing the same.

What’s inside:

  • Guided prompts to cut through the mental clutter and reconnect to your vision, desires, and what’s no longer serving you

  • A 30-minute breathwork session to release stuck energy and reset your emotional and physical state

  • Community time with like-minded women who are also on the path — no small talk, just real connection

  • Light bites + drinks during our community hour

You’ll leave: clearer, more connected, and refueled for what’s next.

  • Yoga Mat (Required).

  • Journal and Pen

  • Optional: blanket, eye mask, or sweater (breathwork can shift body temperature)
