Terms & Conditions for The Embodiment Method

Effective Date: January 7, 2026

Welcome to The Embodiment Method (“Program”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Program, hosted on Circle and operated by Dominique Perkowski LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in, accessing, or using the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.


1. Program Overview

The Embodiment Method is a self-paced, educational, and transformational group-based program designed to support self-understanding, meditation, nervous system regulation, and personal growth.

The Program may include, but is not limited to:

  • Pre-recorded video and audio content

  • Guided meditations

  • Written lessons, exercises, and reflection prompts

  • Community discussion spaces hosted on Circle

  • Live group sessions (where applicable)

  • Session replays (when available)

  • Periodic updates, refinements, or additions to content

The Program is delivered digitally and does not include therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or individualized professional services, unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Scope of Support, Access & Participant Expectations

The Embodiment Method is intentionally designed as a group-based experience.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

What the Program Includes

Your enrollment may include access to:

  • Self-paced educational content

  • Guided meditation and mindset practices

  • Live group coaching or community calls (where applicable)

  • Session replays when made available

  • Community discussion spaces within the Circle platform

  • Periodic updates or refinements to Program materials

The structure, frequency, and format of Program offerings may evolve over time based on engagement, participant needs, and the growth of the Program.


What the Program Does NOT Include

Unless explicitly stated in writing, your enrollment does not include:

  • One-on-one (1:1) coaching, mentoring, or private sessions

  • Direct or private communication access to Dominique Perkowski

  • Guaranteed individualized responses within the community

  • Guaranteed response times to posts, questions, or messages

  • Personalized support equivalent to private coaching

  • On-demand access to Dominique Perkowski outside scheduled Program offerings

Participation in the Program does not create an expectation of individualized attention or private coaching access.


Group-Based Nature of the Program

You acknowledge that:

  • Support is provided primarily through group education and shared community experiences

  • Engagement from facilitators or the Program creator may vary and is not guaranteed

  • The absence of individualized attention does not constitute failure to deliver the Program

  • Requests for 1:1 support or individualized accommodations do not entitle participants to refunds, cancellations, or financial adjustments.


Program Evolution & Modifications

You understand and agree that:

  • Program content, live sessions, community structure, delivery methods, and features may be modified, expanded, reduced, or restructured at any time

  • Live sessions, calls, or features are not guaranteed to remain the same throughout your membership

  • Changes made to better serve the collective community or evolving Program vision do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or contract termination

Dominique Perkowski LLC retains sole discretion over Program structure and evolution.

3. Minimum Commitment & Subscription Agreement


By enrolling, you agree to a mandatory 12-month minimum program and financial commitment, regardless of payment plan selected.

Available payment options may include:

  • Annual subscription

  • Quarterly subscription

  • Monthly subscription

Enrollment constitutes agreement to pay the full 12-month program fee, regardless of participation level or payment cadence.

4. Billing, Payments & Early Termination Pay-Out

All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable once enrollment is completed.

You authorize Dominique Perkowski LLC to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan and agree to maintain valid payment details throughout the full commitment period.


Early Termination Pay-Out

If you choose to discontinue participation before the completion of the 12-month term, you may request cancellation only by paying the remaining balance in full. Upon receipt of full payment, access may be terminated at your request.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of access

  • Loss of community participation

  • Cancellation After the Initial 12-Month Commitment

Prior to the completion of the 12-month minimum:

  • You will receive email instructions to cancel or continue month-to-month

  • It is your responsibility to cancel prior to your next billing cycle

  • Charges incurred due to failure to cancel are non-refundable

Founder, Early-Bird & Discounted Rates

If enrolled at a promotional or discounted rate:

  • Rates remain locked only while membership remains active

  • Re-enrollment requires payment at the current public rate

  • Previous promotional pricing will not be reinstated

Refunds After the 12-Month Commitment

  • Membership fees billed after the initial commitment are non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds may be granted solely at the discretion of Dominique Perkowski LLC and must be requested in writing within seven (7) days of billing.


5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Lack of participation

  • Missed or unused content

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Personal circumstances

  • Platform preference changes

This policy applies to all payment plans.

6. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Payment Integrity 

By enrolling in the Program, you agree that you will not initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through your payment provider for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Program, perceived lack of results, or misunderstanding of Program scope.

You acknowledge that:

  • The Program is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon enrollment

  • All sales are final and non-refundable as outlined in these Terms

  • Initiating a chargeback constitutes a material breach of these Terms

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

You authorize Dominique Perkowski LLC to submit these Terms, proof of enrollment, access records, and participation history to Stripe or the payment processor

Any chargeback fees, administrative costs, or losses incurred as a result of a dispute may be passed on to you to the fullest extent permitted by law

Dominique Perkowski LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently revoke access to the Program and community without refund

7. Participant Responsibility & Results Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • Results depend on your personal effort, consistency, emotional readiness, and circumstances

  • No outcomes, transformations, financial results, or life changes are guaranteed

  • The Program is educational and experiential in nature

  • You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All Program materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Dominique Perkowski LLC and are protected under U.S. and international law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or use Program content for commercial or teaching purposes.

Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be pursued through legal action.


9. Community Conduct & Access Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access without refund if a participant:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

  • Shares proprietary content

  • Creates an unsafe or disrespectful environment

10. Platform Disclaimer (Circle)

The Program is hosted on the Circle platform. Dominique Perkowski LLC is not responsible for:

  • Temporary platform outages

  • Technical issues or errors

  • Platform updates or service interruptions

  • Platform-related issues do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or cancellation of financial obligations.

11. Disclaimer & No Therapy Clause

The Embodiment Method is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed professional care.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk

  • You should seek qualified professional support for medical or mental health concerns

12. Confidentiality

Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others within the Program community.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain a safe and respectful environment, Dominique Perkowski LLC cannot guarantee confidentiality in online or group-based settings.

13. Force Majeure

Dominique Perkowski LLC shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to deliver Program access due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, pandemics, government actions, platform failures, power outages, or internet disruptions.

Such events do not constitute grounds for refunds or cancellation of financial obligations and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
