A NOTE FROM DOM —
After a lifelong fascination with the mind and how it creates our reality, I first stumbled upon the concept of manifestation in 2014 and was blown away by the parallels it shared with the modern communication and psychology concepts I was studying as part of my college curriculum.
But as I practiced, I realized — sure, I was “manifesting” everything I wanted at the time — the boyfriend, the body, what I thought was my dream career — so why was I still anxious, unhappy, and not feeling the long-term satisfaction I was truly craving?
I felt like I “got” the concepts and was diligently trying to do everything right — so why weren’t they fully clicking in my day-to-day experience?
The answer came much later through my own healing journey and my certification as a Tibetan Buddhist Meditation coach.
I realized I had been focused primarily on doing these practices for the external outcomes, hoping they would create lasting fulfillment — when in reality, everything is experienced through the lens of the inner world.
As a double Capricorn (rising / moon) with big dreams, sacrificing ambition and “real-life” goals wasn’t really an option — so instead I began to apply these powerful Buddhist teachings to my modern life and insatiably study the science of WHY they actually work so well.
The result — in both my life and my clients’ — has been creating personal success rooted in self-connection, calm confidence, clarity, and a sense of abundance that deepens and grows over time.
As a coach and gal who’s been there, I know personal inside out transformation is tough. Our mind and emotions throw a lot at us in the journey. And in the process, they can block the abundance and satisfaction we truly crave.

The Embodiment Method is primarily self-paced, with clear structure and guided pathways so you always know where to focus. There are live sessions you’re more than welcomed to join, but if that’s not available you’re supported in the platform through expert teachings, live session replays, and community access — without rigid schedules or pressure to “keep up.”

This work is designed to meet you where you’re at — emotionally and mentally — when you begin.
Once inside, you’ll receive clear recommendations that range from approximately 2 hours per month plus a consistent 10-15 minute meditation practice, to a more structured, long-term approach of 60–90 minutes per week.
Some members choose to engage deeply as if they were in a committed coaching container, while others move at their own pace or in focused sprints. You’ll be guided to choose a rhythm that supports sustainable change rather than burnout.

While the program has a 12-month minimum commitment, there are no participation requirements. And the work within is intentionally designed to be flexible and manageable — even with a busy schedule.
This work, platform, and community are here to support you — however you choose to use them — throughout your time inside.
That said, before you join, it’s important to check in with yourself to decide whether you actually want to do and make space for this work.
From a practical perspective, once inside, you’ll find clear recommendations on how to make the most of this program and create transformative results in as little as 2 hours per month, alongside short (10-15 minute) consistent meditation practice.
You’ll also receive support and guidance for returning to consistency with ease whenever life gets busy or you fall off rhythm.
In our experience, concerns about being too busy or inconsistent often arise from an emotional place, rather than an objective assessment of what’s actually required. The biggest shift happens when you decide before joining that you’re going to make space for this work.

Live sessions are held bi-weekly on Thursdays from 12–1 PM EST. Attendance is optional, and replays are always available.
These interactive group sessions offer space for questions, guidance, and deeper integration of the work. They’re available for additional support as you move through the program, but you won’t miss out if you’re unable to attend live.
You’re welcome to join live whenever it feels supportive, or rely on the replays to engage on your own schedule.

This work often results in “manifesting” what you desire (and more), not because you’re trying to control external circumstances, but because you’re no longer giving them authority over who you are and how you show up. You learn how to focus on what’s within your control, moment by moment — and your outer life begins to reorganize from that place.

Spiritual concepts are shared through the lens of science, psychology, and real-life application — so the work feels less like magical thinking or hoping, and more like something you can tangibly understand and apply.
Whether you’re brand new or already experienced, the lessons are designed to meet you at your current level and deepen with continued practice over time.
You’ll also receive access to a Meditation 101 Workshop, included inside the platform, to break common meditation myths, help you build a sustainable habit, and establish a meditation practice that creates real, lasting change in daily life.

This program and the content within it has been intentionally designed with the purpose of supporting your year-long transformation.
While many clients begin experiencing meaningful shifts within the first month of meeting this work and applying the practices, the year-long container allows those changes to fully integrate and become embodied over time.
Because of the self-paced nature of the program and the flexibility to meet it at your own pace, a shorter commitment wouldn’t provide the level of support, depth, and application needed to make the most of this work.
Expansion is also a journey, not a final destination. As you move through this work, you’ll likely find that your self-understanding and vision continue to deepen and expand over time. You may meet your vision, create internal shifts, and then gain new clarity or exciting ideas about the possibilities of expansion available from there.
Because of this, some clients choose to remain in the program beyond the 12-month minimum to receive continued support as they design each next level of their life intentionally.
That decision is always up to you. After the 12-month minimum commitment, you’ll have the option to continue on a month-to-month subscription if this work continues to feel supportive.
If you’re looking for a shorter commitment, The Muses and 1:1 Coaching offer alternative options. These programs provide a more accelerated experience over a condensed timeframe, but require a higher weekly time, accountability, and financial investment, and availability is more limited.

The Embodiment Method is not therapy and is not a replacement for mental health care.
We genuinely love traditional therapy here — and many therapists love and recommend this work alongside it. That said, it’s always best to check with your own provider.
Clients often share that while therapy helps them access the root, insight, and talk-based understanding of their patterns, this work provides the daily practice and clear roadmap for actually shifting those patterns in real life.
The brain creates change through awareness, consistency, and repetition — by wiring new habits of thinking, being, and responding over time. That’s exactly what this work is designed to support.
You can think of it like seeing a personal trainer: therapy offers the guidance and insight, and this work gives you the practices — meditation, mindset, and nervous system tools — that integrate and accelerate results in between sessions.
