Monthly Schedule
Along with daily meditations based in the teachings of Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, The Shift is structured to provide you with consistency, accountability, personalized guidance and community as you begin to tune into and take action from your own inner guidance.
PROGRAM KICK-OFF, INTENTION-SETTING CALL:
First Sunday of every month, 11AM EST. Partial recording available if you’re unable to join.
MEDITATION LIVE-STREAM:
Monday-Friday, 8AM-830AM EST. Saved for you to the private IG account to access and utilize throughout the day and week.
WORKSHOPS:
Each month you receive 4x self-reflective workshops that collaborate with other practitioners to dive deeper into the thematic of the week and bring you insights. Most are held Wednesday, 630PM EST — Occasionally may change based on schedule and holidays. Unless otherwise stated, will be recorded for you to access throughout the month. You will receive details of these when you sign up.
EXPANSION HOURS:
Group coaching hours focused on meeting the community and asking questions. Held live via Zoom on Mondays, 630PM EST.
