We live and perceive our life through our mind, but nearly 95% of our mind’s activity done unconsciously — processing in the subconscious beyond our awareness.
And when left unexamined, our beliefs become powerful habits of behavior and thoughts that can leave us feeling stuck, unsatisfied and repeating the same patterns in different situations.
The Shift is designed to shift your belief system into alignment and transform you into the person you want to be - from the inside out.
Through four weeks of structured meditative programming, you’ll be given step-by-step guidance on how to break unconscious habits of behaviors and thoughts to step into more peace, clarity, self-trust and self-worth.
Each month provides the opportunity to unlock a deeper connection with your own inner wisdom through monthly intentions, daily meditations, workshops and lessons designed to bring you deeper states of clarity as you (lovingly) undo the B.S. beliefs that keep you stuck.
Through this program, you’ll be empowered to embody and take action on the vision you have for yourself — while building an internal foundation of self-awareness, love and trust that leads to lasting transformation.

At the core of the program are meditations made to be approachable, yet transformational. Each 10-20 minute meditation is done through a guided mindfulness and visualization technique utilized by beginner meditators as well as experts.

Along with daily meditations based in the teachings of Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, The Shift is structured to provide you with consistency, accountability, personalized guidance and community as you begin to tune into and take action from your own inner guidance.
Each month provides:
Monday-Friday Live-streamed Meditations held on a private Instagram account and available for you to access throughout the day.
4x Weekly Workshops based on the thematic of the week and designed to take you deeper into your practice.
4x Expansion Hours focused on answering questions and giving personalized guidance in a group setting.
Weekly frameworks, instructional videos and tips to get the most out of your intention and practice.
All programming is optional, but recommended to get the most out of your practice.
